Citizens of other countries can apply directly to the University from their home country. To apply, they must send the completed Application Form along with all required documents to [email protected].

Note: After accepting Khazar University’s admission offer, international students are legally required to register as students via the portal.edu.az, a government system that manages international student records and documentation nationwide. The registration deadline on https://portal.edu.az/ is September 10, 2025. Students who miss this deadline will not be able to start their studies in the Fall 2025 semester.
